Yes, it was all over the internet and news websites. Floyd Mayweather won over Victor Ortiz, the champ. Another belt to the collection of the undefeated chicken when talking about Manny Pacquiao fight. Yes, my title says it, Mayweather won and lost.

He won the belt but lost the respect as a sportsman in the middle of the ring. He might even have lost a slot to fight the true down-to-earth champion and best pound for pound fighter, Manny Pacquiao who despite the many boastful blurbs of Floyd (Gayweather according to neighbors and Pacquiao bettors) remained humble in his words.

Sometimes mistaken as the female version of an alcoholic dude and a chic who never runs out of time to socialize and drink at the same time. A chic who holds the glass all the time and most of the time. She is the female version of tumador or tanggero (male counterpart).

A Tanggera is everywhere and anywhere you can find drinking sessions and so is this blog. The writer aims to get found anywhere you search for interesting stuff you like or hate. Pet Hamster

I've always loved having pets around and I've experienced getting myself in to taking care of a hamster (small rodent rat with very luscious fur). I have also taken cared of an orphaned stray cat back in 1979 when I was in elementary school in B.O.E.S. I've tried having a monkey as a pet too and I've failed taking care of a snake because mom won't let me. Today, I am on my way to shop and hunt for pet shops here in the Philippines, particularly in Cartimar, Libertad, Pasay City.

At first I didn't know how to get there but when I learned from a college friend that it is pretty easy to get there especially if you just take a ride at the Lgith Rail Transit (LRT) and embark on a trip to Cartimar station in Libertad, then you won't have to have problems with how to get there. I live in Caloocan City and the LRT station here is just 5 minutes with a trike and 10 to 12 minutes by walk so I have no problems.

Cartimar is always a destination for pet lovers and you can buy there diversities that you could only think of and maybe even ask the pet shop owners on how to take care of your hamster, pigeon, snake or just about any pet your ever desire. You can also ask how and what to feed your pet with and all sorts of food for your pet is also available there. Pet shops in Cartimar abound by the numbers so in case you want to get there to buy yourself any pet, make sure that you make a canvass first. It is best to go there during the mornings when you can talk of the sellers, pet shop owners and sales ladies (the usual) about the price and try to squeeze them out to puke the lowest price they could sell you an item.

It's 2008 and one of the hottest singers in the music industry, Rick Astley will hit Manila by strom. I was able to catch up with Abbey, an office mate who loves the guy and since I wanted to get in touch up close and personal with Rick Astley whose dancing steps are hot today, I came up with the money to buy tickets to the concert. Watched it with Abby and enjoyed the whole night singing and afterwards eating at a favorite turo turo near home.

I didn't actually know and I am not interested nor curious about this fact. It was only by being a tanggera that I came to know that indeed, gin comes in a sachet and I must admit it was quite interesting for tomadors and tomadars out there to learn about this. I saw it with a neighbor who I can say is really fond of drinking and I mean drinking a lot as in there is no time of the day that this neighbor is not drunk.

The funny thing is that after he gets drunk (Mang Danny), he seem to always find a way to rant on and on and on using words I cannot eat myself being said from my very own mouth. Yes, I am a tanggera but not the kind who blurts out P.I. words or such after I get drunk or after drinking. I may have held a bottle of wine, beer or yes, even gin countless times but I am not that kind who gets out of control with his / her mouth whenever drunk.

Anyway, for those of you who might stumble upon this short post especially if you are still a minor, please, don't do this. Never drink any sort or type of alcohol. I have stopped doing it and I promise myself not to do it for as long as I have this blog to write in to.
